Life is a little bit crazy right now… am I right?  During these “difficult”, “unprecedented times” (who else is sick of hearing those phrases?!), we need something to grab hold of that can help us move forward.  As John C Maxwell said, “You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.  The secret to your success is found in your daily routine”.

I am excited to announce my first (FREE) 5 Day Challenge - Awaken To Mindfulness that starts Monday, 18th May 2020.  To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK and because quite frankly, we could all do with some mindfulness and extra self care right now.

I've really noticed a general trend of people trying to create a new routine during these crazy times we are in right now.  Routine helps us feel calm, grounded and in control and our previous ones have flown out of the window this year... As we move through this pandemic and into in a new future - what does your "new normal" look like?

One way to boost your routine, elevate your positive mindset and see a way forward is through mindfulness and it’s an area I’ve been working on for a while.  Right now, there’s a lot of unknown, and that can be scary. That’s why having a proper mindset can help you feel more in control.
