As Founder and Editor-in-Chief of an online fashion and lifestyle magazine I contributed to BBC Radio for two seasons; covering fashion weeks, trends, current topics in the press and social media tips.

I now speak on BBC Radio about positive mindset and success hacks.  I am an industry speaker in the world of fresh produce and a positive mindset key note speaker.

Having written from a young age, been a local school journalist to a leading fashion and lifestyle blogger - writing is my passion. As well as writing my own blogs I am available to write for business, wellness and lifestyle magazines on topics such as, but not limited to; positive mindset, how to deal with your inner critic, self care tips and strategies, how to bring self care into your day to day life, how to deal with making big business decisions, advice for small business owners.
