Right now, there’s a lot of the unknown, and that can be scary. That’s why having a proper mindset can help you feel more in control.

I am excited to announce my first (FREE) 5 Day Challenge - Awaken To Mindfulness that starts Monday, 18th May. To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK and because quite frankly, we could all do with some mindfulness and extra self care right now.

What is mindfulness?
At the heart of mindfulness is the cultivation of attention to the present moment. We are often thinking too much on the past and on the future. Time pressure, deadlines and tight schedules are often the order of the day for us, so integrating mindfulness into daily life routines and working habits is SO important.
